    FAQ

Dental questions we hear every week

Can't find yours? Message a coordinator and you'll get an answer in English.

Will my insurance pay for dental treatment in Korea?

Dental coverage varies by insurer and policy. Our team can help you check your plan's dental benefits, limits, exclusions, and any approval requirements. Send us your insurance details, and we'll help you check your coverage before your visit.

Can I complete implant treatment in one trip to Korea?

Implant treatment may involve several stages and a return visit for the final crown. The timeline depends on your treatment plan and healing. Your dentist will explain whether temporary teeth are appropriate for your case.

I've already paid. Can I still file an insurance claim?

You may be able to submit a reimbursement claim after payment, depending on your policy and claim deadline. Ask our team which supporting documents are available. Your insurer determines eligibility and reimbursement.

    What should I bring?

Your passport, your insurance card or policy number, and any recent X-rays or dental records from home.

I'm afraid of the dentist. What can you do?

Tell us about your concerns when booking. Ask your dentist whether conscious sedation or other approaches to managing anxiety are appropriate for your treatment.

Not sure what your plan covers?

Send us your insurance inquiry. Our team will review your details and reply.
